4TH GENERATION MACHINES

All our 3rd generation machines have benefited from technological improvements leading them to the 4th generation. The most significant changes concern the electronic equipment. Thanks to this evolution, the use of the machine via the HMI becomes more efficient. Recipe management, data management, advanced troubleshooting, remote troubleshooting as well as the creation of new options are some of these improvements.

PRINTING AND DATA MANAGEMENT

Depending on the type of machine, a printer can be installed to print a 1D or 2D barcode, a logo, a date, a numbering… a unique identifier can be generated for each reel. Data can be entered manually or using a scanner. The exploitation of the printed data is possible thanks to a data file created either for each production batch or either for each product. The data are transferred on a 2nd PC, called "Data PC". They are available to the customer, who can use them in his own traceability system.

RECIPE B – SMALL CAPACITOR AT END OF UNWINDER

With the option "Recipe B", the operator can define a product with a lower number of turns at the main product. When the residual material on the unwinder is not sufficient to produce a capacitor according to the parameters of the main winding, a small capacitor may be produced as long as the material is sufficient

SIGMA 3 – INCREASED EFFICIENCY
